Back by popular demand, Dr. Ellen Ford returns with an action-packed workshop designed to equip employers with hands-on strategies for creating healthier, more engaged workplaces. We’ll begin with a broad look at ethical employment through a human rights lens, highlighting why it matters now more than ever. From showcasing strong pastoral care in action to taking an honest look at migrant exploitation in New Zealand, these discussions will set the stage for meaningful change.
