November 2023 Newsletter

As the weather starts to dry up around the country it’s a perfect time to highlight a new tool that forecasts a drought. Especially handy following the confirmation of El Niño hitting us this summer.

This month, we look at workplace inclusivity. How to avoid redundancy issues. Dig into the Perceptions of the Pacific Report findings. And share a caution for anyone who depends on certification assurance programs.

We find out who our new Government will be this month. And we have some other important dates to mark on your calendar. November 16th to 24th, it's Get Outdoors Week, a perfect time to enjoy nature and get into the vege garden.

November is also known as Movember as we focus on men's health. Join us on November 20th as we come together to celebrate World Children's Day and advocate for children's rights. November 25th, we observe White Ribbon Day to support the Elimination of Violence against Women.

And finally, the 12th annual Blues & BBQ Festival kicks off in Bay of Plenty from 24th November at the Lakefront Village Green.

Our newsletter aims to celebrate and support you, connecting you to global and local insights that contribute to the creation of more inclusive workplaces. Your time is precious, feedback allows us to produce content that is relevant and useful. tanya@nzee.nz

Take care and keep safe,
