Alapa Viticultural Services Ltd is a medium-sized vineyard contracting firm based in Marlborough, delivering labour and vineyard management solutions with a strong focus on reliability, quality, and safety.

We are proud to have been one of the founding employers of the Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) scheme in 2007 and are long-standing members of New Zealand Ethical Employers.

Each season, Alapa draws on a diverse workforce made up of New Zealanders, international backpackers, and RSE workers from Thailand, Samoa, Papua New Guinea, and Fiji.
