Seasonal Solutions Cooperative Limited is a Grower and Contractor owned co-operative operating in the South Island of New Zealand since 2004.  Our head office is located in Alexandra where the team support the shareholders in Vineyards and Orchards in Otago, as well as Marlborough and Canterbury.

Seasonal Solutions also partner with other Horticultural industries in Nelson, Canterbury and the Hawkes Bay areas to maximise the use of available labour, mainly through the Recognised Seasonal Employee (RSE) scheme which allows workers from Vanuatu to work in New Zealand within the Viticultural & Horticultural Industries for up to seven months of the year.

Seasonal Solutions has a ‘Kiwi First’ policy and are proactive in seeking suitable New Zealand workers for roles and assisting them into full time permanent work in the Viticultural and Horticulture Industries.  We also provide labour to our shareholders with Working Holiday visas holders where vacancies cannot be filled by Kiwis or RSE Labour.
